Day 3 & 4

Didnt post yesterday but i worked out.
Day 3
20 Power Cleans
20 Squat Cleans
15 Power Cleans
15 Squat Cleans
10 Power Cleans
10 Squat Cleans

Finished in 19:34 non-RX


Today I did Strength
5X8 Bent over Row
2,2,2,2 Press (Strict)
and 20 Tricep Extensions x3

Gonna have some cereal today for breakfast i know bad bad but its quick i have work soon hahaha,
and then lunch ill have some fruits and veggies and before i go out tonight ill snack on something.

Tomorrow no workout its a rest day, ill post again on sunday

Day 2

Alright well finished the workout today here it was :

100 Pullups
100 pushups
100 sit ups
100 squats
Time: 26:49 Rx.
 Much slower then most but it's a working progress. The Pullups really slowed me down, got up to 15 and had to do sets of about 4-5 but pushups I hit head on. Busting out 25 then sets of ten till 50 then sets of 5 till about 85 then sets of 3. Sit ups I did 25, 15, 20 then sets of 10 and 5 squats I just pumped out 30 fast and sets of 10 after that to finish. I didn't do strength training like I said I would but I plan on doing that tomorrow morning. Nutrition for today I had some walnuts for breakfast and I'm about to eat a thin cut steak for lunch then dinner I'll have some veggies and a couple fruits. For my snack I'll have a naked juice.

First Post

Just a little about myself.  My names Aaron.  I live in san diego.  I will be 23 in March, and i am currently working out at a Crossfit gym in East county.  I started this blog to track my fitness and to be accountable for my nutrition.  Here are some of my lifting stats - labeled in pounds(lbs)
Deadlift - 255# (MAX)
Front Squat - 145# (MAX)
Back Squat - 155# (can do sets)
Push Press - 135# (can do sets)
Squat Cleans - 105# (can do sets)
Those are the main lifts i've done.  Tomorrow I plan on doing one hour of metcon then im going to be practicing some back squats doing sets of 1,1,1,1,1 until I hit my max.  More of a strength training then anything.

Nutrition part I am in the process of moving to the PALEO diet.  Its a diet based on our ancestors its pretty much a Hunter & Gather method.  I'm terrible at explaining it, but the link is above if you want to read into it.

I'm trying to clear out my junk food from my peripheral vision.  But its hard when living at home.  But im working on it.  Tomorrow I start my process of weening myself off of Monster energy drinks haha, im going to drink one and flush everything out with water.  Then nothing but water on thursday, and ya off and on.  Its better i feel to try it this way?  But im waking up early tomorrow to do this workout -
